I was reading an internal corporate magazine of a bank called Bankers Bond for the 1st quarter of 2012 and an article I found interesting was on page 29 entitled My Sweet Life. This was written by a woman who sees herself as successfully adjusting her lifestyle to that dictated by common medical conventional wisdom. One that could use these 5 major improvements.

The author, Nonna was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus at age 27, this was 11 years ago, thus the author is now 38. Author revealed her family had a history of diabetes. And she was still able to give birth to 3 children assumed via the medical system again all heavy at birth but premature.

The author shares challenges when relatives send big boxes full of goodies which includes many things for everyone, but she is happy to receive glucose test strips and syringes. The treats she receives are sugar-free chocolates, coffee, gums and cookies.

Author shares that her staple food is bland, but says she is used to bland food.

Author admits that medical expenses for insulin and other medicines are quite big, but thanks to her company medical benefits, the company reimburses part of her medical expenses.

Author admits to injecting insulin twice a day. Her children are used to being pricked for a drop of blood to check their blood sugar levels at times. This may mean the author also pricks herself regularly to check her blood sugar levels.

Author admits to embracing her condition, thinking it is common enough and accepts the conventional treatments that she is led to believe that diabetes mellitus cannot be totally cured.

When the author feels down and sluggish, she just glugs down some “Coke Zero” and claim she is blessed, healed and sweet.

Author notes at the end of the article that “Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 is a metabolic disorder characterized by high blood glucose and insulin deficiency. Classic symptoms are excessive thirst, frequent urination, and constant hunger. Type 2 diabetes is initially managed by increasing exercise and dietary modification.”

— end of the conventional medical wisdom article —

We now present some 5 MAJOR MAJOR improvements the author Nonna can make in her current conventional diabetes mellitus lifestyle.

1. RE-DEFINE Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 – is a diet compatibility disorder, persistently eating a diet that is not compatible with human requirements. The symptoms experienced such as high blood sugar levels, crashes, excessive thirst, frequent urination and constant hunger show that basic dietary requirements are not met and the body is doing the best it can to deal with the current bad diet situation. Diabetes Mellitus can be eliminated / cured via Highly Nutritious High Fat version of cooked / rare / raw Paleo Diet and there will be no need for drugs or insulin injection.

2. NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS. Stop eating sugar free and artificial sweeteners… these are chemical bomb poisons and are not historic, nor prehistoric foods that humans should be eating.

3. EAT HIGH FAT. Eat a high saturated raw / rawish fat diet with such as those from raw wild fatty fish / sashimi, rare grass fed beef / lamb steaks or bone marrows, ghee / clarified butter, virgin coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil. You must realize that the cholesterol myth heart disease myth is a total myth and statistical fabrication… a certified superstition preventing you from eating the high fat paleo diet you need.

4. BLAND IS OUT. Eat delicious naturally and minimally condimented meals with real condiments only such as mined mineral filled real salt, real fermented vinegars, real lemons, real grass fed butter, real raw organic onions and ginger and garlic and freshly ground pepper. Eat organic, spend on organic, these raw materials, the meat, the vegetables when organic taste delicious by themselves.

For example: http://cavemanforum.com/recipes-and-meal-photos/fatty-grass-fed-ground-beef-with-diced-organic-carrots-and-raw-organic-cucumbers

5. NO CAFFEINE. NO DECAF. Stop drinking coffee and other caffeine containing teas. These are liver poisons. Replace your hot drink with a non caffeine containing herbal tea such as bitter melon tea and you may add a touch of indian / sri lankan authentic cinnamon for taste. Bring some various tea bags everywhere you go for socials.

The operative concept is High Saturated Animal Fat PALEO DIET. Widely reported to address obesity and blood sugar issues. As reported by independent testimonials. For example: http://cavemanforum.com/diet-and-nutrition/interesting-blood-sugar-test-results

EAT your ORGANIC VEGETABLES lightly steamed, raw or juiced. They will give you the minerals you need.

EAT your ORGANIC, GRASS FED, WILD fatty animals. They will give you superior fats and proteins you need.

EAT your ORGANIC NON-SWEET FRUITS such as cucumbers and bitter melon for hydration and variety and nutrition.

Some 2 months ago I had a heart to heart talk with my stock broker’s messenger, Adel about how he can cure his diabetes. I talked to him about the Paleo Diet. And that he needs a lot of fat in his diet. That he should not be following the defunct food pyramid with minimal fat to the point of avoidance. I taught him how to eat. And I also taught him to eat 1/4 of a raw bitter melon fruit daily. And I taught him how to use bitter melon tea to control his blood sugar levels fast.

In just 2 weeks, Adel had his blood sugar under control. In a few more weeks his complexion had changed from tired and old to young, happy and strong. He has changed. He may not be executing the paleo diet correctly but he has discarded the worst culprits like crackers, candy, bread and other wheat products. The bitter melon tea worked. He forgot about coffee.

Adel owes me a video interview. The next time he comes by my office I will be taking his video testimony.

The easy way diabetes treatment guidelines is simple Paleo Diet and Bitter Melon raw fruit, capsules or tea. Paleo diet is the original human diet of organic fatty meat, vegetables and little fruit in season. Animal fat becomes a major source of energy and this allows you to burn energy at a steady pace, you avoid sugar spikes and crashes. The vegetables, especially bitter melon gives you minerals you need so you can process carbohydrates properly.

Read a diabetes cure testimonial from a paleo diet forum:

I was looking for something to even out my blood sugar, as I was getting bad blood sugar crashes several times a day. I was looking at low-GI diet books on the library shelf when I saw Rob Wolf’s books nearby on the shelf. I brought it home, read it, and the evolutionary logic made sense to me. The foods allowed immediately appealed because I like meat, fish, fruit and veg, and I’m lactose intolerant. I’m also interested in self-reliance, and when we retire we’d like to live semi-rural and grow a lot of our own food, and on this diet you could grow, gather, hunt or catch just about everything yourself.

I did some more investigating about the nutritional profile of the diet and the health effects, and the news was all good so I decided to give it a go. It has fixed my blood sugar and so much more! I’m very glad that book was there on the shelf.

Source: Caveman Forum

Diabetes Treatment Guidelines: Bitter Melon

And to be doubly sure, always have a bitter melon tea bag with you whenever you go out for socials. Ask for hot water and you have your social drink… bitter melon tea. Like so:

Bitter Melon Supplements? Click here.

Diabetes Treatment Guidelines: No Wheat

Absolutely, non-negotiable, no wheat in any of its infernal incarnations or iterations. No whole wheat, no to cracked wheat, no to any flour, no to crackers, no to spaghetti, no pizza, no pasta, no bread, no no no and no.

Wheat is a neolithic food, not paleo diet. It may be the staff of life for some, but definitely it is the staff of death to diabetic you. It’s just not for you, not even if you beg about it.

Diabetes Treatment Guidelines: No High Glycemic fruit

Cannot do factory too sweet fruit. Only organic or wild natural fruit. Even then, only up to 1 serving per day. And you will have to choose your no no fruits. Fruits that can give sugar spikes are some varieties of mangoes, some varieties of bananas, some varieties of pineapple. There is no hard and fast rules, you have to be able to choose and test what works for you.

I am just so annoyed with false diabetic diet food list information. This is why diabetics continue to be perpetually sick. It’s because of these darn idiots who know absolutely nothing about health and claim they have a diabetic diet food list. Diabetics need the best fats and proteins, the best in vegetables, the best fruit. The key word is PALEO DIET. Organic / wild animal, organic wild vegetable, organic wild fruit.

Best Fats and Best Protein:

Raw Saturated Animal Fat from Grass Fed beef or Wild Ocean fish like blue marlin and tuna. Seared for 5 seconds (no cooking oil) or sashimi raw only. Only sea salt and pepper allowed as condiments.

Technique for beef: slice thinly with a lot of FAT, season with salt and pepper and put in barbecue stick. Pan sear for 5 seconds each side. Yummy tender! Kids just looovvvveee this.

Fertilized organic duck eggs. Raw or sunny side up or soft boiled.

Fertilized organic chicken eggs. Raw or sunny side up or soft boiled.

Best vegetables:

Lightly steamed organic spinach, lightly steamed organic broccoli, raw bitter melon fruit, juiced raw kamote tops.

Best fruits:

Avocado, buko / coconuts, durian

Best drink:

Freshly squeezed calamansi / lemon with cool water and ice plus a touch of RAW WILD HONEY.

Avoid FIBER. FIBER is a myth. A harmful myth.

Do not eat legumes. Do not eat nightshades. No soy. Stay away from all grains!

Do not eat wheat in all its infernal incarnations like whole wheat, white flour, pan de sal, noodles, puto, tasty pan americano, pizza, pasta, spaghetti, bread, etc.

Do not eat cooking oils. Only trust in virgin coconut oil and ghee.

Stay away from the CHOLESTEROL SCAM. The whole idea is a scam. Stop being concerned about cholesterol.

The keyword again for your diabetic food list is PALEO DIET. Paleo meat, paleo vegetables, paleo fruit.

This is my short list. A better list that works. This is a healer’s list. MY list. Do not stray from this list and in 1 month you will feel much much better. Say lowering the amount of diabetic drugs you are taking and eventually getting rid of them… that sort of thing.

Chris Kresser and I agree on paleo diets as the base diet of humans. My friend says he likes Chris’ approach to explaining principles via links with many studies. So I’m recommending Chris’ special report section on Diabetes and Obesity: Diabesity

Obesity, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes have reached epidemic proportions. There’s not a person reading this article who isn’t affected by these conditions, either directly or indirectly. Yet as common as these conditions are, few people understand how closely they’re related to one another.

It is now clear that not only do these conditions share the same underlying causes – and thus require the same treatment – they are 100% preventable and, in some cases, entirely reversible.

Because of these similarities, Dr. Francine Kaufman coined the term diabesity (diabesity + obesity) to describe them. Diabesity can be defined as a metabolic dysfunction that ranges from mild blood sugar imbalance to full-fledged type 2 diabetes. Diabesity is a constellation of signs that includes:

    abdominal obesity (i.e. “spare tire” syndrome);
dyslipidemia (low HDL, high LDL and high triglycerides);
high blood pressure;
high blood sugar (fasting above 100 mg/dL, Hb1Ac above 5.5);
systemic inflammation; and,
a tendency to form blood clots.

It’s almost impossible to overstate how serious and far-reaching a problem diabesity is. It affects more than one billion people worldwide, including 100 million Americans and 50% of Americans over 65. Recent statistics suggest that diabesity may already be the leading cause of chronic disease and death in the world, and its impact is expected to rise dramatically in the next 25 years.

In this series, we’re going to get the bottom of the diabesity epidemic. We’ll leave the conventional model of understanding diabesity – which is now about 40 years old – in the dust and replace it with an updated 2010 model that reflects the current scientific literature. We’re going to uncover the real causes of of diabesity, and we’re going to find out exactly how it can be prevented and even reversed in the majority of cases.

Can’t stand the taste of bitter melon fruit? Don’t have time for bitter melon tea? Then maybe popping a few capsules every now and then is your style? Got you covered there, bitter melon capsules are available for Type 2 diabetes, blood sugar control. Great for those on travel. I know just right recommended starter dosage.

Here is the recommended dosage for bitter melon capsules using the CharanteaUSA.com brand:

- 2 capsules AFTER every meal (usually 3 meals)

- plus 2 capsules at bed time

- first time users must be strict with this regimen for at least one month.

Which makes 8 capsules per day. So count how many capsules are in each bottle. Say the bottle of CharanteaUSA.com has 90 capsules in it, at 8 capsules per day, means you consume 1 bottle in 11 days. That’s not enough to make 1 continuous month. So you should at the minimum have 3 bottles of CharanteaUSA.com

ScienceDaily.com featured bitter melon in an article in 2008. They admit that bitter melon is a powerful treatment for type 2 diabetes. POWERFUL. But the corporate scientists are not interested in just bitter melon as a whole fruit in its natural form… sure it cures diabetes… but there is no money in it for them… the corporations… it’s just the way money works.

How do corporations make money out of bitter melon? By studying its properties, by breaking down its components. By isolating molecules in it. Then reformulating, or mimicking this function into something that can be PATENTED. You see dear diabetic, the current money system, the corporations, those publicly traded shares of stock companies can make big money with PATENTS. Patented medicine is a monopoly granted for a couple of years and the company makes money.

Sure, there is nothing wrong with making money. But will the artificial, unnatural, patented medicine be as powerful, as potent, as side effect free as the real bitter melon fruit? Probably not. They are just re-engineering natural things to be able to file patents.

So this is where those bitter melon supplement companies fill in the gap. They get whole bitter melon fruit. They dry the fruit. They package the dried bitter melon fruit. And you take it as tea or capsules. As close to nature as possible. Natural bitter melon is bitter, and some people can only take so much bitterness, so there is a natural fit for bitter melon supplements which reduce the bitter taste while giving you the same high impact bitter melon results against diabetes.

Seriously. Starbucks and Seattle’s Best can do our diabetic friends a favor by adding bitter melon tea to their list of non-coffee drinks. Those cafes are unsuitable for diabetics with sugar and heated honeys as sweeteners. And don’t get me started on artificial sweeteners like aspartame and the like, for me they are just poisons.

Bitter melon tea should be one of their health drinks. Come on you big multinational chains, go and contact your favorite bitter melon tea brands.

Bitter melon tea is just like any tea out there. If they can put green tea on the menu, I’m sure there should be room for bitter melon tea.

Hey, the millions of diabetes sufferers demand it!

Look at the bottom line. You could put a diabetic friendly label on it. See you sales sky rocket. Meetings can and will be chosen in your cafe because you are diabetic friendly.

Think about it bean counters:

Data from the 2011 National Diabetes Fact Sheet (released Jan. 26, 2011)

Total prevalence of diabetes

Total: 25.8 million children and adults in the United States—8.3% of the population—have diabetes.

Diagnosed: 18.8 million people

Undiagnosed: 7.0 million people

Prediabetes: 79 million people*

New Cases: 1.9 million new cases of diabetes are diagnosed in people aged 20 years and older in 2010.

* In contrast to the 2007 National Diabetes Fact Sheet, which used fasting glucose data to estimate undiagnosed diabetes and prediabetes, the 2011 National Diabetes Fact Sheet uses both fasting glucose and A1C levels to derive estimates for undiagnosed diabetes and prediabetes. These tests were chosen because they are most frequently used in clinical practice.

Under 20 years of age

215,000, or 0.26% of all people in this age group have diabetes
About 1 in every 400 children and adolescents has type 1 diabetes

Age 20 years or older

25.6 million, or 11.3% of all people in this age group have diabetes

Age 65 years or older

10.9 million, or 26.9% of all people in this age group have diabetes

Men

13.0 million, or 11.8% of all men aged 20 years or older have diabetes

Women

12.6 million, or 10.8% of all women aged 20 years or older have diabetes

Bean counters and CEOs ahoy! That’s a big diabetes market staring you in your face. MILLIONS!

Bitter Melon is a fruit that is common in my parts of Asia. Bitter melon is Asia’s answer to diabetes. Single herb… actually single fruit, bitter melon is a fruit. And blood sugar levels are controlled immediately.

But what about in your country? Is the bitter melon available? And what if you are always on travel? And what if you get sick of the bitter taste. Hey, I myself can only stand so much bitterness until it becomes a chore. Good thing there are now bitter melon tea supplements available by mail order. Bitter Melon tea works… if you know the correct dosage and are consistent in the program.

For some reason, the bitter taste is removed, the tea is a joy, and the nutrition you need is intact and it works. Bitter Melon Tea is whole bitter melon fruit. I’ve seen them in the factory, they initially have dried fruit bits. When you put them in hot water to make into tea, the bitter melon fruit is reconstituted and out comes sliced bitter melon. I am told these same bits are cut up and put in tea bags.

Here is the recommended dosage for bitter melon tea using the CharanteaUSA.com brand:

- 1 cup of bitter melon tea AFTER every meal (usually 3 meals)

- plus 1 cup of bitter melon tea at bed time

- first time users must be strict with this regimen for at least one month.

Which makes 4 tea bags per day. So count how many tea bags are in each carton. Say the carton of CharanteaUSA.com has 30 tea bags in it, at 4 tea bags per day, means you consume 1 carton in 8 days. That’s not enough to make 1 continuous month. So you should at the minimum have 4 cartons of CharanteaUSA.com tea.

Visit their website at http://www.charanteausa.com

Here is the testimonial of a Senior obese man gets a hypoglycemic experience, then measures blood sugar levels and found borderline diabetic high blood sugar levels. He found raw bitter melon information saying it allowed the body to absorb carbohydrates normally and maintain blood sugar levels.

I attribute this improvement to my less than a week of raw bitter melon fruit regimen. I eat my normal diet plus:

First, boiled and pureed ampalaya fruit.

Second, fresh raw and pureed ampalaya fruit.

Third, fresh raw and pureed ampalaya fruit added with two tablespoons of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil).

The past 2 weeks I take one capsule of 200 mg freeze-dried “Bitter Melon” fruit dietary supplement.

Tonight I prepared bitter melon salad. Just raw bitter melon with raw onions and my homegrown raw tomatoes.

I had my blood sugar levels and results showed 83 mg/dl. The test was done after 1.5 hours lang after lunch.

The normal blood glucose ranges are:

Before meals or after an 8-hr fasting—–90-130 mg/dl.

Two hours after meals———————Less than 160 mg/dl.

At bedtime——————————–110-150 mg/dl.

Fantastic, huh?

Bitter Melon works to regulate blood sugar levels… absolutely, absolutely.

Awesome!

That’s the way it’s done.
The power of nutrition.
Super duper easy. Super duper fast.
